We need about 150m of fencing.  Where we are situated, the noise level is very high. That is because we are on the main road running through our town on the way to Kiev and because we are 2/3 the way up a rise and also because the number of cars and trucks is increasing each year.  That’s why we need to put in a quite high and solid fence.  It will reduce noise and assist greatly to return tranquility to our backyard.  Our backyard is an ideal place for church picnics and relaxation where there are various fruit trees.

The mayor has given permission, allowing us raise the fence foundation along the main road.  This will give us the opportunity to bring in ground fill making flower bed and lawn along the main road.  That will turn the strip into a very pleasant looking area.
